BIO:

David Hughes continues with Pursuit for the 2nd consecutive year as a Technical Advisor and evaluator for Pursuit Soccer Club. David brings with him a plethora of experience and has worked in the Houston High School and Club environment over the past 27 years. Currently, David is the Associate Principal at Cypress Ranch High School and has served as a head coach at Cypress Falls, Langham Creek and Spring Woods High Schools . He has served as President and Clinician for the Texas Association of Soccer Coaches, has been a guest lecturer for the Texas High School Coaches Association, and is currently a South Texas State Soccer Association Instructor. David currently holds a US Soccer "A" License, the highest level offered by the United States Soccer Federation, and will be working with various Pursuit teams and trainers. David was born in Chester, England and has lived in the United Kingdom, Curacao, N.A., Jamaica and Puerto Rico, and has worked all levels of soccer in each of these areas. He received his Bachelor of Education Degree from Chester College in England in 1978 and a Masters Degree in School Administration from Prairie View A&M University in 2003.
